At Spark Centre, we offer a variety of co-working spaces available for rent on a monthly, daily, or hourly basis, catering to your unique needs. Spark Community Member – $250/month
Non-Spark Community Member – $305/month

Event Room
Residents – Free *1 booking per week
Spark Community Member – $50/hour up to a maximum of 4 hours, $130 flat rate
Non – Spark Community Member – $60/hour up to a max of 4 hours*** (week days 7:30-17:00)
- For larger events/meetings, conveniently close to kitchen amenities, encased with retractable glass walls, accommodate flexible configurations.
- LCD screen, wifi and ethernet (bring connectors)
- Unlimited use of all amenities including Wi-Fi, kitchen, large phone booths and meeting rooms
- Seats approximately 36
