We empower entrepreneurs through structured programs, expert business advisory, and access to networks, resources, and opportunities to connect with investors. Depending on your stage of growth, Spark offers tailored support to help founders build, launch, and scale successful ventures.
The Landing-Pad Accelerator Program (LPAP) for Newcomer and Female Entrepreneurs in the Energy, Environment, and Engineering (EN3) sectors is a four-year initiative (2024 – 2028) designed to support 80 newcomer startups establishing in eastern Ontario, including 24 female-founded ventures.
Business Acceleration Program
The Business Acceleration Program at Spark Centre is designed to support innovative and technology-driven startups as they advance from early development toward market readiness and growth. Through a combination of advisory, mentorship, and specialized masterclasses, the program helps founders strengthen their business model, refine their product strategies, and build the capabilities required to scale their ventures.
The Amplify Program is a unique opportunity to gain access to seasoned entrepreneurs to create a tailored and actionable growth plan, designed to address specific growth challenges. Partnering with Spark Centre, Launch Lab has expanded access to the Amplify program, creating opportunity for businesses located from Durham to Hawkesbury.
Spark Capital Access Program
The Spark Capital Access Program is designed to support high-potential startups that are preparing to raise capital by creating meaningful connections between founders and investors. Through this program, Spark Centre works with selected startups to strengthen their fundraising readiness and prepare them for successful investor engagement.
Following Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s announcement on December 19, 2025, the Start-Up Visa (SUV) Program is no longer accepting new applications. As a result, Spark Centre is unable to accept new SUV applications at this time, and we will share updates when a new pilot program for entrepreneurs is announced.
ElevateIP Program
ElevateIP is a comprehensive program meticulously crafted to empower startups in Ontario by enhancing their Intellectual Property (IP) knowledge, fostering strategic development, and facilitating the creation of valuable IP assets.
