If you want to build a product that customers love, however, then you need to learn how to do customer discovery.

Customer discovery (Primary customer research) can help you save precious time and resources by ensuring that the products you are building are products that your customers want.

This course will help you develop an understanding of customer discovery, why it’s important to the entrepreneurial journey, and how to perform customer discovery effectively. Development of this skill will you help build better products and help you to become a more successful entrepreneur.

  • Length: 1 session; 2 hours

  • Capacity: Maximum 8 Attendees - sign up now to avoid disappointment!

Expectations: You will be completing at least 5 discovery calls on your own time, then bringing your calls back to the class to review the effectiveness of the calls with your peers and learn how to sharpen your customer discovery skills.

Prerequisites

  • Developed an initial Business Model Canvas - send to Jaymin by March 15th
  • Have called 5 customers/potential customers for discovery research, and/or have attended 1 monthly office hours drop-in session with Kevin - before start date
  • Come prepared with a list of 30 potential customers that you can use for your customer discovery calls
