Thank you to everyone who applied to be a part of Spark Centre’s Ignite Startup Competition. Applications are now closed and we have officially accepted 61 eligible applicants into the program!
Ignite begins this week with three Pitch Schools where entrepreneurs will learn how to perfect their pitch. After going through a workshop and receiving feedback from Spark Centre advisors, the entrepreneurs will move onto one of three pitch competitions where they will pitch their idea to an audience including a local power panel, who will choose who moves onto the next round.
Our local pitch competitions are open to the public, but seating is limited so get there early! The three pitch competitions will split up Ignite’s three different categories competing; Young Entrepreneur, Student Entrepreneur and General Entrepreneur. Details of the pitch competitions are listed below.
