About This Program
Welcome to Spark’s Investment Readiness Program (IRP) for high-potential clients. The IRP series is designed to help founders understand how angel & VC investors think and decide to invest in a company.
It is a no-theory, no-fluff, no-BS learning and execution series with practical step-by-step actionable modules (group & 1:1 sessions) and an outcome-based progress tracker that will help you understand how to become investment-ready, target investors, negotiate deal terms, and get the best shot at closing your fundraising round.
You will learn from Gaurav Bansal, an expert who has been an angel investor, a Tech Venture Capitalist, an Investment Banker, and an Engineer.
Program Format
- 6 group sessions of 2-hr each including 30-min AMA (Ask Me Anything)
- Each session includes practical concepts, actionable work items, progress tracker
- Parallel to the group sessions, each company gets to work 1:1 with the Expert to get feedback and support as per their respective business sector, stage, and current status/progress on fundraising
