Dedicated Desk

Members – $250/month
Non-members – $275/month

Private-Windowed Offices

Members – $700/month
Non-members – $750/month

  • Spacious, flexible configuration, fully furnished with modern style desk and chairs, storage cabinets and whiteboard wall
  • Unlimited use of all amenities including mail service, Wi-Fi, kitchen, large phone booths and meeting rooms, reception services and printer/copier use

Hotelling Desks

Members – free
Non-members – $30/day

  • Use of powered desk

Small Meeting Rooms

Members – free
Non-members – $40/hour

  • Spacious, flexible configuration, fully furnished with modern style desks and chairs and whiteboard wall

  • Seats approxiametely 8
  • Max 4 hours

Boardroom

Resident clients – free
Non-resident clients – $40/hour
Non-members – $50/hour

  • Spacious, flexible configuration, fully furnished with modern style desks and chairs and whiteboard walls
  • LCD screen with ethernet connections
  • Unlimited use of all amenities including Wi-Fi, kitchen, large phone booths and meeting rooms
  • Seats approximately 12-14
  • Max 4 hours

Event Space

Members – $40/hour up to a maximum of 4 hours, $130 flat rate
Non-members – $50/hour up to a max of 4 hours (week days 7:30-17:00)

  • For larger events / meetings, conveninetly close to kitchen amenities, encased with retracble glass walls, accomodate flexible configurations.
  • LCD Screen, WiFi and Ethernet (bring connectors)
  • Unlimited use of all amenities including Wi-Fi, kitchen, large phone booths and meeting rooms
  • Seats approximately 36
